Unser Petit Verdot wird nachts von Hand gepfl\u00fcckt und der Wein wird mit geringem Eingriff und ohne Chemikalien hergestellt. Der Wein wird 10 Monate lang in franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern gereift und dann in handgefertigte Terrakotta-Amphoren umgef\u00fcllt, wobei ein manueller Vorgang mit gro\u00dfer Pr\u00e4zision erfolgt, um Oxidation zu vermeiden. Die Amphore wird von Hand verkorkt und mit Lackwachs und Echtheitssiegel veredelt, bevor sie in den Tauchkorb gelegt wird.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Amphoren bleiben 12 Monate lang in 30 Metern Tiefe im Dunkeln und bei einer Durchschnittstemperatur von 10 Grad Celsius. Hier reift es, wie es in griechisch-italischer Zeit der Fall gewesen w\u00e4re, nimmt reifere Noten an, als es bei der \u00fcblichen Reifung der Fall w\u00e4re, und entwickelt eine leicht mineralische und erdige Note, die typisch f\u00fcr die Terrakotta-Reifung ist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Diese Amphore wird von einem Keramiker in limitierter Auflage mit h\u00f6chster Pr\u00e4zision in der Konstruktion gefertigt, wobei die Ausdehnung des Artefakts w\u00e4hrend des Brennens ber\u00fccksichtigt wird, damit der Korken die Amphore im Meer hermetisch versiegeln kann. Au\u00dferdem muss die Tonmischung m\u00f6glichst homogen sein, um eine besonders hochdruckfeste Amphore zu erhalten. Au\u00dferdem muss bei sehr hohen Temperaturen gebrannt werden, um eine gute Verglasung des Amphoreninneren zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
