Nuestro Petit Verdot se recoge a mano por la noche y se elabora con poca intervenci\u00f3n y sin productos qu\u00edmicos. El vino envejece en barricas de roble franc\u00e9s durante 10 meses y luego se trasiega en \u00e1nforas de terracota hechas a mano, con una operaci\u00f3n manual de gran precisi\u00f3n para evitar oxidaciones. El \u00e1nfora se tapona manualmente y se acaba con laca de cera y sello de autenticidad antes de colocarla en la cesta de inmersi\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Las \u00e1nforas permanecen a una profundidad de 30 metros en la oscuridad y a una temperatura media de 10 grados cent\u00edgrados durante 12 meses. Este \u00e1nfora est\u00e1 elaborada por un artesano ceramista en piezas de edici\u00f3n limitada con la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n en la construcci\u00f3n, teniendo en cuenta la expansi\u00f3n del artefacto durante la cocci\u00f3n, para permitir que el corcho selle herm\u00e9ticamente el \u00e1nfora en el mar. Adem\u00e1s, la mezcla de arcilla debe ser lo m\u00e1s homog\u00e9nea posible para obtener un \u00e1nfora especialmente resistente a las altas presiones. Adem\u00e1s, la cocci\u00f3n debe realizarse a temperaturas muy altas para permitir una buena vitrificaci\u00f3n del interior del \u00e1nfora.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
