Notre Petit Verdot est cueilli \u00e0 la main la nuit et le vin est \u00e9labor\u00e9 avec peu d'intervention et sans produits chimiques. Le vin est \u00e9lev\u00e9 en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane fran\u00e7ais pendant 10 mois puis soutir\u00e9 dans des amphores en terre cuite faites \u00e0 la main, avec une op\u00e9ration manuelle d'une grande pr\u00e9cision pour \u00e9viter l'oxydation. Les amphores restent \u00e0 30 m\u00e8tres de profondeur, dans le noir et \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature moyenne de 10 degr\u00e9s centigrades pendant 12 mois. Ici, il vieillit, comme il l'aurait fait \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque gr\u00e9co-italique, en prenant des notes plus m\u00fbres qu'il ne le serait dans le vieillissement habituel, ainsi qu'en d\u00e9veloppant une l\u00e9g\u00e8re note min\u00e9rale et terreuse typique du vieillissement en terre cuite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Cette amphore est fabriqu\u00e9e par un artisan c\u00e9ramiste en pi\u00e8ces en \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e avec une pr\u00e9cision maximale dans la construction, en tenant compte de l'expansion de l'artefact lors de la cuisson, pour permettre au li\u00e8ge de sceller herm\u00e9tiquement l'amphore en mer. De plus, le m\u00e9lange d'argile doit \u00eatre le plus homog\u00e8ne possible afin d'obtenir une amphore particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9sistante aux hautes pressions. De plus, la cuisson doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute temp\u00e9rature pour permettre une bonne vitrification de l'int\u00e9rieur de l'amphore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
