Il nostro Petit Verdot \u00e8 raccolto a mano di notte e vinificato con il minimo intervento dell'uomo e senza l'uso di sostanze chimiche. Il vino viene affinato in botti di rovere francese per 10 mesi e poi travasato in anfore artigianali di terracotta, manualmente con grande precisione per evitare l'ossidazione. L'anfora viene tappata a mano e rifinita con cera lacca e sigillo di autenticit\u00e0 prima di essere messa nella cesta metallica di immersione.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le anfore affinano ad una profondit\u00e0 di 30 metri, al buio e ad una temperatura media di 10 gradi centigradi per 12 mesi. Quest'anfora \u00e8 realizzata da un ceramista artigiano in edizione limitata con la massima precisione costruttiva, tenendo conto dell'espansione del manufatto durante la cottura, per consentire al sughero di sigillare ermeticamente l'anfora durante la permanenza dell'anfora in mare. L'impasto dell'argilla deve essere il pi\u00f9 omogeneo possibile per ottenere un'anfora particolarmente resistente alle alte pressioni. Inoltre, la cottura deve essere effettuata a temperature molto elevate per consentire una buona vetrificazione dell'interno dell'anfora.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
